Starting 01/01/2026, The Fountain Cannabis Company will have a USDA Hemp Producer License in Ohio. As of April 17th, 2026 we also have a USDA Hemp Producer License in North Carolina. Due to SB 56, any hemp grown in Ohio will NOT be available to Ohio residents after March 2026.
