    Who we are...

    We are a North Carolina based online hemp retail vendor compliant to the 2018 Hemp Farm Bill. We are also a hemp producer, processor, packager, and broker in the state of North Carolina. Starting 01/01/2026, The Fountain Cannabis Company will have a USDA Hemp Growers License and will begin growing in North Carolina and Ohio. Due to SB 56, any hemp grown in Ohio will NOT be available to Ohio residents after March 2026. Starting March 19th, 2026, our retail service will no longer be operating in the state of Ohio, only North Carolina. We are transitioning to a private cannabis club in Cincinnati, Ohio. We will continue shipping to the state of Ohio until November when the federal ban takes effect. After that, we will be a members only website requiring a password and account to enter.
