Due to SB 56, any hemp grown in Ohio will NOT be available to Ohio residents after March 2026. Make sure you visit NOONSB56.COM to sign referendum when it becomes available. We ship with USPS from North Carolina to ensure the security of our packages with federal protection, going to a majority of states in the USA.

Ohio: Our Ohio USDA hemp grow operation will be here starting 01/01/2026; We only have a virtual office in Cincinnati, Ohio and have no physical location. After March 2026, local delivery for Cincinnati will be replaced with USPS delivery from North Carolina. VIP Members in Ohio have been reached out to about continued services.

North Carolina: Our North Carolina USDA Grow Operation will be coming here soon... Our inventory warehouse is located in North Carolina along with our processing center where we make our lab tested compliant hemp products.

TFCC will be growing hemp in the state of Ohio including THCa dominant flower which will be processed post-harvest out-of-state and retailed from North Carolina. TFCC will also have a hemp grow operation in North Carolina. The Fountain Cannabis Company will be focusing primarily on CBD dominant strains along with Type 2 strains.
